What do you do when you realized you’ve put on more weight over the summer? Do you grab some diet pills over the counter or do you grab some paintball pistols and go play paintball with your friends? I for one would prefer the latter because playing paintball is so much more fun than popping diet pills or sweating it out at the gym.
I first dispensed this advice to a friend who wanted to shed some pounds in time for her graduation day. She didn’t want to squeeze into an unsightly gown, and desperately wanted to wear a slinky, little black dress for prom night. With all her quirkiness and love of candies, everyone enjoys being with Candy. I, however, was rather puzzled
as to how she preserved her lovely smile when she would guzzle candies all the time.
One day I found out her secret. She has a whole cosmetic pouch filled to the brim not with makeup but with teeth whiteners, tooth brushes and tooth paste! This was after I quizzed her casually about her love of sweets. She revealed that her dad was a Wholesale Candy supplier while her mom was a dentist! Imagine that!
A family friend of ours was admitted to the hospital last weekend and is now critically ill due to reasons unknown as of now. We were all rather concerned for Uncle Bob and hopes he recovers well. A while back, I became an aunt agony of sorts when I was forced to listen to a female colleague’s lamentations about what to present to her boyfriend. “it’s his birthday, you see, and I don’t know what to give him anymore!” She was near tears as she felt that her gifts in the past wasn’t appreciated. Her presents were met with indifference and she felt sure that her boyfriend did not really like her gifts at all. “How can I make him cherish my presents?” She asked me.
Being a male, I thought I had an easy answer to this but apparently I don’t. All I can say is that, you should experiment more when it comes to giving presents to your male friends or male members of the family like your brother or dad. For example, even gift baskets for men may be favored by some males if the content of the gift basket appeals to him. If he is a sports fan, put some delightful sports paraphernalia like baseball cards in his gift basket and he may well be on his to singing praises about you all day long!
When it comes to nursing a man back to health, get well gift baskets will work too. Just be sure to include plenty of tender loving care!
Two things can happen when you return from a long holiday abroad: One, you either forget your vacation and go back to your day job, or you quit and decide to heed your true calling: traveling the world.

We recently had a house guest stay in our home, and she was amazed to see our walkin tub. You see, she came from a country where people usually do not put much importance in bathing in bath tubs so for her to see walk in tubs is rather unusual.
